Health issues were a catalyst for Tabitha to move beyond the physical practice of yoga & deepen her connection to the subtle art of yoga and meditation. Her interest in individual alignment and healing led her from massage therapist to yoga teacher; supporting others to find increased comfort and peace in their body.
