Learn the fundamentals of hatha yoga for the very first time or continue your practice with our community. Each class includes basic asana, breath & meditation practice. Asana (poses) to stretch & strengthen muscles, loosen stiff joints, improve balance, correct poor posture and improve blood circulation. Breath and meditation techniques to reduce stress and calm the nervous system; relaxing your body & mind. Pose modifications are taught and emphasis is placed on individual alignment. Learn to use props to safely adapt poses to benefit your current needs and open up new possibilities in your practice. Zoom class: Please select the Wednesday you would like to attend when registering. Register at least 1 hour before class begins. You will be sent a zoom link before our class begins Payment & Cancellation Policy: Pay with cc online or contact Tabitha for Venmo / Zelle. Refunds & credits will not be issued for missed classes.
